On the occasion of the 11th International Day of Yoga, a mass yoga camp was successfully organized at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Institute of Technology, Tanakpur. The event was conducted in collaboration with Navyog Suryodaya Seva Samiti and the AYUSH Department, Champawat, aligning with this year’s global theme – “One Earth, One Health.”

Yoga Session: Conducted by expert trainers from Navyog Suryodaya Seva Samiti, including pranayama, meditation, and various yogasanas

Green Welcome Ceremony: Guests were greeted with plant saplings by Prof. Hardwari Lal Mandoriya, symbolizing environmental awareness

Inaugural Address: Prof. Mandoriya emphasized the importance of yoga as a gift of Indian culture, promoting health, peace, and inner growth
